To provide an antifouling coat composition capable of forming an antifouling coat film having a well-balanced long-term antifouling property, flexibility and appropriate slipperiness.SOLUTION: There is provided an antifouling coat composition which has: a (meth)acrylic polymer (A) (provided that the following polymer (B) is excluded); and a polymer (B) having a vinyl polymer as a main chain and a side chain bonded to the main chain and having a structural unit (I) represented by the following formula (I) and a structural unit (II) represented by a specific formula (II). The content of the polymer (B) relatively to 100 pts.mass of the (Meth)acrylic polymer (A) is 10 to 70 pts.mass. (R1 represents an ethylene group or a propylene group, R2 represents a hydrogen atom or a hydrocarbon group having 1 to 10 carbon atoms, n represents an integer of 1 to 30, and * represents a moiety bonded to the main chain.)SELECTED DRAWING: None
