In particular, most of car owners in a cold district at the season of winter melts a freeze by means of engine warming up after being frozen, without obviating the freezing of automobile glass in advance, so this fact incurs a wasteful use of precious gasoline. This invention will respond to a large problem awaiting solution like that.
