Abstract:
To provide a method for measuring a plurality of antigens or antibodies at the same time or in the same apparatus and a measuring reagent.
About 300 μl of a solution of stool is added to a specimen injection port. When an antigen to be detected is present in the added specimen, it reacts with a pigment coupled latex labelled antibody and the resulting composite is captured by the antibody immobilized on a next reaction region to impart the signal of the labelled matter. By this constitution, a plurality of antigens or antibodies can be measured at the same time.
