To provide an antiglare hard coat film which has an excellent antiglare property, responds with high definition while having a low haze value, prevents white blurring from an inclined direction and improves depth of black color in displaying black and to provide a polarizing plate and an image display apparatus using the antiglare hard coat film.
The antiglare hard coat film includes an antiglare hard coat layer containing particulates on at least one surface of a transparent plastic film base material. Thickness of the antiglare hard coat layer is 15 m or less. In an irregularity form of an antiglare hard coat layer surface, a ratio of tilt angles of 0.5 absolute value when tilt angle distribution is measured is 60% or less and a ratio of tilt angles of 5 absolute value is 3% or less.
