Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a glassy antimicrobial agent composition capable of exhibiting excellent antimicrobial properties by formation thereof with a resin without discoloring the resin composition and without further changing the color of the resin composition with heat when molding the resin composition, or light irradiation after the molding and having excellent durability of antimicrobial effects of a resin molded product.
SOLUTION: This antimicrobial agent composition comprises 50-95 mass% of a ZnO-P2O5-SiO2 glass containing 5-40 mol% of ZnO, 45-55 mol% of P2O5 and 1-30 mol% of SiO2 and 5-50 mass% of a phosphate compound represented by the specified chemical formula.
