Abstract:
To obtain an antimicrobial coating that exhibits antimicrobial property not only under ultraviolet irradiation but also in a dark place and in a room.
The antimicrobial coating comprises a synthetic resin, apatite A containing a metal atom having photocatalytic function and apatite B containing a metal atom having antimicrobial ability. The apatite A and the apatite B are each dispersed in a powdery state in the synthetic resin. A resin molding is coated with the antimicrobial coating to give an electronic equipment case body having high antimicrobial property.
