Abstract:
To provide an anti-microbial member using an anti-microbial composition, that does not require treatment such as to prevent falling off, even for the case when applying anti-microbial treatment to exposed walls, ceilings, floor coverings, food shelves, tables, etc. in a food-related facility such as food factory and school lunch facility.SOLUTION: Provided is an anti-microbial composition comprising an antimicrobial component comprising at least one selected from the group consisting of copper sulfate, copper gluconate, copper chlorophyll and sodium copper chlorophyllin, and an uncured binder component, and which is characterized for use of antimicrobial treatment in a food-related facility.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
