Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain the subject composition, containing a dispersion prepared by dispersing (p-methoxyphenylacetyl)tyrosine in an amorphous state in an acrylonitrile-based copolymer, etc., capable of holding high solubility for a long period and excellent in absorbability and preservation stability.
CONSTITUTION: The objective composition containing a dispersion prepared by dispersing 4'-O-(p-methoxyphenylacetyl)tyrosine in substantially an amorphous state in a substance selected from the group consisting of acrylic macromolecular copolymers (preferably methyl methacrylate/butyl methacrylate/ dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate) and cellulosic polymer derivatives (e.g. cellulose phthalate derivatives or cellulose acetate succinate derivatives).
