Title:
ANTIMOUSE TRAIL MONOCLONAL ANTIBODY
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3585399
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antimouse TRAIL monoclonal antibody that can simply and exactly analyze in vitro or in vivo physiological functions other than the TRAIL development induction mechanism and the target cell breaking mechanism.
SOLUTION: Mouse B lymphoma 2PK-3 cell is prepared by transfecting the cell with the cDNA of mouse TRAIL, and the rat spleen cell immunized with the 2PK-3 cell and mouse myeloma cell are cell-fused to prepare a hybridoma. The hybridoma is cultured to produce the objective antimouse TRAIL monoclonal antibody that specifically binds to the mouse-originating TRAIL without cross reaction with Fas or TNF and completely inhibits the cytotoxic activity of TRAIL.
