Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a low-toxic antimycotic agent containing a specific polysulfide compound as an active component.
CONSTITUTION: The objective agent contains the compound of formula I {R1 is CH3, CH2=CHCH2 or C2H5OCO(CH2)3; p is 1 or 2; R2 is group of formula II [q is 0 or 1; r is 0W2; R3 is 1W3C alkyl, benzyl, CH2CH=CH2, CH2CH= CHCH3, (CH2)3COOC2H5 or CH=CHCH2-S-(CH2)3COOC2H5]} as an active component. The antimycotic agent is useful for the remedy of local mycotic infection of mammal including human especially with microorganisms of Candida genus, Trichophyton genus, Microsporum genus or Epidermophyton genus or mucosal infection caused by Candida albicans. It is also useful for the control of mold of plant caused by true fungi.
