Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide the antiplatelet antibody-adsorbing material which can remove the antiplatelet antibodies generated from a certain cause by an exocirculation treatment method of blood, etc., and is formed by immobilizing the peptide or modified peptide having bondability with the antiplatelet antibodies to a non-woven fabric.
CONSTITUTION: This antiplatelet antibody-adsorbing material and the process for production of the material are formed by and consist of immobilizing the peptide or modified peptide having the bondability with the antiplatelet antibodies with the non-woven fabric having an amino group or imino group and 1 to 30μm average fiber diameter.
