Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antireflection article related to a moth-eye structure that improves scratch resistance more than before and that improves an antireflection function.SOLUTION: An antireflection article is provided in which: very small protrusions are closely arranged; and the distance between the adjacent very small protrusions is equal to or lower than a minimum wavelength in a wavelength band of electromagnetic waves prevented from reflecting. The very small protrusions include multi-peak very small protrusions having a plurality of peaks and single-peak protrusions having single peaks. In the case that: the average value of heights H, in the frequency distribution of the heights H of the very small protrusions, is m; a standard deviation is σ; an area of HNm in the low altitude area/Nt and Nm in the medium altitude area/Nt>Nm in the high altitude area/Nt.
