To facilitate the execution by arranging a main reinforcement in a column, uniformly and dispersively arranging steel fibers, and integratedly erecting a base end part of the column on a foundation to make the column and the foundation in a turnable condition to each other.
Concrete is placed in a developed area, and the foundation concrete is placed therein, and a base 6a as the foundation of a column is formed on the foundation concrete. A plurality of main reinforcements 9 are arranged with the prescribed intervals and the main reinforcements 9 are assembled without restriction by a hoop tie, or assembled with restriction by a small amount of hoop ties as necessary. After a mold 11 is built at the outer position of the main reinforcements 9, the concrete 13 in which steel fibers are mixed is placed inside the mold 11, and solidified. In addition, the mold 11 is detached to form the column, and after beams and floor slabs are formed, columns, beams and floor slabs for upstairs are formed. Because the hoop ties are eliminated or reduced in application, the execution can be facilitated, and the construction cost can be reduced.
