PURPOSE: To provide an excellent antiskid effect by singeing raising parts and fuzzing surface of rasing articles of woven fabric and knitted goods, nonwoven fabric having fuzz, flocked fabric having a flocked surface, etc.

CONSTITUTION: Woven fabric, knitted goods, etc., made of long and short thermoplastic synthetic fibers, raised by raising brushing, nonwoven fabric or the like originally having fuzz or flocked fabric or the like, as it is, form a group of pills on the surface by singeing the fuzz. The cloth having the group of pills is engaged with surfaces of other woven fabric and knitted goods, and nonwoven fabric having loops and to prevent both cloths from discrepancy therebetween whey they are drawn left and right. While the singeing is performed by cutting and raising one surface to singeing the raised surface, cutting and raising one surface to singeing the raised surface and loop rasing the opposite rear and raising both surfaces to singe the raised surfaces, a nozzle of singeing flame is closed partially so that a stripe-like parts incapable of singeing can be partially radially formed to fulfill an antiskid effect partially.
