To obtain an antistatic agent having excellent permanent antistatic properties, excellent even in resistance to washing with water and suitable for an incorporation type in order to solve problems which have been caused in permanent antistatic performances or the resistance, etc., to washing with water of a material subjected to a conventionally known antistatic treatment and desirous of the solution thereto.
This antistatic agent composition is characterized as copolymerizing monomers of the following components A to C and, as necessary, a monomer of the following component D in the following polymerization ratio. Furthermore, the thermoplastic resin composition comprises the antistatic agent composition. (A) 1-60 wt.% of an acrylate or a methacrylate monomer having a phosphate group, (B) 1-50 wt.% of an acrylate or a methacrylate monomer having a polyoxyalkylene glycol chain, (C) 5-80 wt.% of an acrylate or a methacrylate monomer having a 1-18C alkyl group and (D) 0-50 wt.% of copolymerizable monomers except (A) to (C).
