To provide an antistatic composition that has an excellent antistatic property and maintains an excellent antistatic property.

The antistatic composition comprises a composition containing a polymer compound, a resin, and an elastomer or a tacky resin wherein a salt containing an anion having a fluoro group and a sulfonyl group is dispersed. The salt containing the anion having the fluoro group and the sulfonyl group is dispersed in a dissolved state in a poly(alkylene glycol)-containing boron ester represented by general formula (1) (wherein: R₁, R₂ and R₃ are each independently selected from the group consisting of polymerizable functional groups comprising a 1-8C linear or branched-chain lower alkyl group, acryloyl group, and methacryloyl group and 3-6C alkenyl group; OA₁, OA₂ and OA₃ are each independently a 2-4C oxyalkylene group; and l, m, and n are each the average number of moles added in terms of the unit of the oxyalkylene group, ranging from 2 to 14).
