To provide an inexpensive antistatic resin composition as an antistatic resin coating high in stability of its antistaticity, transparency and adhesivity to substrates, and to provide an optical filter and an optical information recording medium respectively.
The antistatic resin composition comprises a soluble electrically conductive polymer component comprising in the molecule an anionic group- and/or electron attractive group-bearing solubilized polymer component and an electrically conductive polymer component and a hard coat component. The optical filter 1 and the optical information recording medium each has an antistatic hard coat layer 20 formed from the above resin composition or resin coating.
