To provide an antistatic tire preventing generation of uneven abrasion of the rotating surface of a tire, and noise felt in a vehicle by an occupant in a cabine.
A tread 3 and a shoulder 4 of a tire 1 are formed of first and second mixtures respectively, the tread regulates part of a rotating surface 5, and an annular part of the rotating surface has conductivity of a resistivity of 109 or less. The conductive portion is regulated by a conductive member 8, formed of a third conductive mixture; and the third conductive mixture, in a low-tension and hardened condition, has a mechanical characteristic nearly same as that of the first mixture in its hardened condition, and also in a high- tension condition, rigidity, that is an elastic modulus, higher than but nearly same as that of the second mixture in its hardened condition.
