Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antivibration bush of small and light weight, with the surface pressure on the end surface of inner tube reduced.
SOLUTION: An outer tube 2 is provided outside an inner tube 1 with a space which comprises a swollen part 7 swelling in the direction perpendicular to an axis near the central part in axial direction. A rubber-like elastic body is interposed between the inner tube 1 and the outer tube 2 for vulcanization, and after that, the end face of inner tube 1 in axial direction is press-contacted in axial direction by a press-contacting jig 8, so that a one-side enlarged part 5, where the wall thickness at the end of inner tube 1 is larger than the other part, is formed to enlarge the area of the end face of inner tube.
