A plaza area 108, and building areas 107a-107d facing one another via the plaza area 108 are created in a building lot 104 which is surrounded by one road 106a, and two roads 106b connected to the road 106a from the same direction. Single residential buildings 105a-105d with a plurality of adjacently-arranged dwelling units 109 are built in building areas 107a-107d, respectively. Each of the dwelling units 109 possessed by the residential buildings 105a-105d is provided with a garage which allows the entrance/exit of the automobile from/to the road 106b adjoining the building areas 107a-107d with the constructed residential buildings 105a-105d, a main entrance which allows the entrance/exit of persons from/to the plaza area 108, and a communication passage which makes the garage and the main entrance communicate with each other in the dwelling unit 109.
