PURPOSE: To provide an apartment housing management system which is superior in the reliability of an alarm indicating abnormality occurrence.

CONSTITUTION: The apartment housing management system has a housing information board 1 which is installed in each residence equipped with an abnormality detecting means such as a fire sensor 2 and a braker 4 and connected to the abnormality detecting means and braker 4, and sends abnormality information, generated when the abnormality detecting means outputs an abnormality signal or when the breaker 4 is turned off, to an information transmission line, and a centralized monitor device 5 which is installed in the building manager's room, etc., and issues an alarm according to the abnormality information received through the information transmission line. And, the centralized monitor device 5 has registering means 9, 10, 11, and 12 for the tenant presence/ absence states of the respective residences, and issues no alarm when the tenant presence/absence state of a residence as a transmitting source indicates tenant absence when the abnormality information is received from the residence, but issues the alarm when the state indicates the tenant presence.
