Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide an apparatus for adhesion which prevents adhesion of mutual tissues converted into the prohylaxis peritoned and be easily used in an endoscopic abdominal operation by providing an expansion region for expanding a cushion sleeve in the cushion sleeve and a fixing region for fixing it to the body tissue. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for adhesion prohylaxis, for example an adhesion prohylaxis bag 10 for the large pelvis is provided with an approximately rectangular, narrow, and long air cushion 12. The air cushion 12 is provided with a rigidifying plate 14 extending parallel in relation to the longitudinal axis like an air mattress. It is also provided with an expansion flow path 16 in its one end and connected to a four-layer sheet 18. The air cushion 12 is provided with fixing plates 20 in the four corners of the air cushion 12 and the adhesion prevention bag 10 is fixed to the pelvis part or in the body cavity. Then, the adhesion prohylaxis bag 10 is formed of a plastic sheet and the edge parts of the plastic sheet are mutually connected. This constitution can simply and surely prevent the adhesions after the opeartion.
