Abstract:
PURPOSE: To evenly distribute an ink bead to a receptor sheet by arranging a coating bar on the local part of the receptor sheet atop a supporting device, providing the device with a movable sheet clamp releasably housing the receptor sheet and providing the device with a drive assembly to pull the receptor sheet via this clamp. CONSTITUTION: The coating rod 3 is arranged in a slit 4 so as to be held still on paper 5 and thereafter, the ink bead 23 is supplied atop the paper 5 near this rod. The clamp 6 mounted at a wire loop 12 is then moved by the start of a reversible motor and the paper 5 clamped by this clamp 18 pulled through the space between the rod 3 and a stationary bed surface (supporting device) 1. The ink bead 23 is distributed onto the front surface 24 of the paper 5 accompanying this pulling. The clamp 6 is thereafter opened to release the end edge 11 of the paper 5 and the paper 5 is supported and elongated by the supporting surface and is taken out of the machine. Next, the clamp 6 is moved in a backward direction and is located near the stationary bed surface 1 so as to be ready for the next paper 5.
