PURPOSE: To enable to perform long-term operation while maintaining the thickness of an applied adhesive agent uniform, in the titled apparatus using a cylindrical die for sticking a plastic film fast to a steel pipe, by enabling to cool a reservoir for the adhesive agent between a sealing member and an O-ring.
CONSTITUTION: A steel pipe 2 running along the arrow continually constitutes a reservoir 3 for a thermosetting adhesive agent with a sealing member 4 bent along the running direction of the steel pipe, a squeezing O-ring 5 and a wall 6, while maintaining righting moment because of its own elasticity. The steel pipe 2 is at an ordinary temperature in general. But there is the danger of raising a temperature in the reservoir 3 because of an atmospheric temperature or some heat sources. In this regard, an outer wall 8 is further provided outside the wall 6 to form a cooling chamber 7 through which a coolant is circulated. Accordingly, long-term application can be performed with a high line speed using a thermosetting adhesive agent having a short pot life.
