Abstract:
PURPOSE: To easily repair or replace front crucial ligament by inserting a substituting ligament into the tibial bone tube, and leading the end part of the substituting ligament to the femoral bone tube through the tibial bone tube, and fixing the substituting ligament to the tibial and femoral bone tubes. CONSTITUTION: A standard tibial drill guide is used to form a guide hole for forming a tibial bone tube A. Thereafter, a combination drill 10 is arranged on the drill guide so as to form the tibial bone tube A. Then a femoral bone tube C is formed. An intertibial arrangement guide is used to position the femoral bone tube C to the rear wall of a femur D in the intertibial part. A pilot hole is formed in the intertibial dent, and cortical bone is cut by a cortical bone reamer. A power reamer or a hand reamer is used to form the femoral bone pipe. A guide dill 54 has an eye hole 56 to pull out a ligament transfer piece through the tibial bone pipe A and the femoral bone pipe C. Thus, it is not required to largely cut the outer rear wall side of the femur.
