PURPOSE: To deal with various analytical items, by providing a sample holder, a transfer mechanism, a suction nozzle, a reagent nozzle and a central controlling device to make handling easier and lessen mistakes by operators.
CONSTITUTION: Samples collected from many persons, reagents, pure water, standard serum, etc. are poured into many reaction tubes attached to a sample holders 1b. By operating a control panel 7, both the numbers of reaction tubes dispensed with pure water, reagents, standard serum, or samples, and the items to be analyzed are inputted into a central controlling section 6. Through control of the central controlling section 6, a suction nozzle 2a is lowered so that its tip may be dipped into the pure water placed in a reaction tube 1d. Through further control of the central controlling section 6, a reagent nozzle 2b is lowered so that its tip may be dipped into reagent placed in a reaction tube 1e. After sucking a prescribed amount of reagent, the reagent nozzle 2b is raised above a reaction tube 1c. Then, the reagent nozzle 2b discharges a prescribed amount of reagent into a reaction tube 1h together with a prescribed amount of pure water.
