Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve yield of a cement clinker and automatically store a fluidizing medium in starting by automating large mass treatment in a burning apparatus for the cement clinker using a fluidized bed.
CONSTITUTION: Raw material powder fed from a raw material feed inlet 6 is preheated by four-stage cyclones 1-4 and a calcining furnace 5 and fed into a spouted fluidized bed granulating furnace 11. Granules granulated in a spouted fluidized bed granulating furnace 11 are fed into a fluidized bed burning furnace 12 to burn the granules. Since granulation and burning are carried out in separated manner, nuclear clinker for granulation is not required and initial fluidizing medium to be fed in starting is required to only form a spouted fluidized bed. Large mass is discharged from large mass discharging chutes 16 and 17 and cooled by a cooler 18 and classified by a screen 19. The classified cement clinker and cement clinker as a product are joined and a cement clinker having proper grain size range as a fluidizing medium is classified by a screen 26 and stored in a BM hopper 10.
