Abstract:
To improve an accuracy of a calibration of a vibration pickup type dynamic displacement meter using a Michelson interferometer.
A voltmeter 12 for displaying an electric signal sent from a vibration pickup 10A mounted at a mounting portion of the pickup as a voltage Va is provided. An amplitude a0 of a vibration of a vibration mirror provided at the pickup is calculated by a ratio counter 20 according to an interference measuring method by a Michelson interferometer. Then, a sensitivity SA=Va/a0 of the pickup 10A is calculated by an arithmetic unit 29, thereby accurately measuring a sensitivity of a dynamic displacement meter.
