Abstract:
PURPOSE: To certainly remove the flash bonded to the end surface of a tube by providing a transfer means for transferring a cut tube and a melting means arranged on the side where the end surface of the tube is positioned of the transfer means to melt the flash bonded to the end surface of the tube.
CONSTITUTION: A transfer means 10 intermittently moves respective rollers and is equipped with a destaticizing means 20, first and second air supply means 30, 40, first and second positioning means 50, 70 and first and second melting means 60, 80 and a drive rope 14 is brought into contact with the roller present at the position opposed to a laminating roller 90 to rotate said roller on its own axis. When a tube P is transferred to the positions of the first and second air supply means 30, 40, the tube P is temporarily stopped to be rotated on its own axis. At this time, compressed air is sprayed to the outer peripheral surface of the tube P from the nozzle 31 of the first air supply means 30. By this constitution, the flash bonded to the tube can be certainly removed.
