To provide an apparatus coated with a fluorine series coating which ensures a long lasting cleaning capability of the tool without dropping the unsticky property wherein the hardness and durability of the coating are enhanced to a great extent.
A fluorine series coating is composed of three layers of a finish coat 17 chiefly containing either of both of polytetra-fluoroethylene(PTFE) and tetra-fluoroethylene-perfluoroalkyl-vinylether copolymer(PFA), a middle coat 16 containing either of both of polytetra-fluoroethylene(PTFE) and tetra- fluoroethylene-perfluoroalkyl-vinylether copolymer (PFA) in the content 10-50%, and a prime coat 15 chiefly containing polyether sulfon resin(PES), and thereby the hardness and durability of a resultant coating film are enhanced to a great extent without dropping the unsticky property.
