PURPOSE: To almost prevent the abrasion of a memory card while using said card by providing a radio transmission means on the side of an examination machine while providing a radio receiving means, the memory card and a receiving and information means on the collection side of examination data.

CONSTITUTION: This apparatus consists of various automatic examination machineries utilizing computer systems 10, 12, 14, 16 and examination data collecting computer systems 30, 32, 34, 36. Further, a radio transmission means 28 is provided on the side of the examination devices while a radio receiving means 40, a memory card 38 and a receiving and information means 42 are provided on the collection side of examination data. As a result, the memory card is almost prevented from abrasion during use.
