Abstract:

PURPOSE: To prevent a connector and a connector terminal from being broken when continuity of a cable with a connector is tested by positioning connector terminals and probe pins precisely.

CONSTITUTION: Continuity is tested by moving probe ASSY forward by a cylinder 15, bringing a connector 1 into a contact with a guide 14, making the probe ASSY follow the connector 1 by a slide unit 16, and positioning connector terminals and probe pins 12 wherein the probe ASSY is composed of a block 13 having the probe pins 12 which correspond to the connector terminals and the guide 14 which is attached to the block.
