Abstract:
To make it possible to surely prevent expense of electric charge exceeding incentive acquired by demand response control.SOLUTION: An apparatus controller includes: a demand response control part (S104) for performing demand response control of a facilities apparatus so as to reduce an amount of predetermined power reduction within a predetermined power reduction requested period to acquire incentive corresponding to the amount of the reduced power reduction when a power reduction request is received; and after-end-of-response control parts (S112, S116, S210) for controlling the facilities apparatus after the demand response control completed. The after-end-of-response control part controls the facilities apparatus so that incentive acquired by the demand response control is not canceled by power consumed by the facilities apparatus after the demand response control completed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
