PURPOSE: To attempt to obtain optimization by measuring and storing coating quality of each vehicle, obtaining the mean value on each car classification and coating color based on analysis requiring command, specifying the car classification and the coating color in the order of the size of the difference from the set managing value and judging the existence of significant difference on quality on each selected car classification and coating color.
CONSTITUTION: A knowledge base I on a correlation between actual data on quality of coating on every vehicle and actual data on coating condition is formed as analytical knowledges on coating condition. Measured quality is input into a storing means 3 from a coating quality measuring means 2 and they are stored with the coating condition. Mean values of the stored data on each car classification and coating color are calculated by means of a mean value calculating means in accordance with analysis requiring command 4 and the difference from a set management value 6 is obtd. by means of a judging means 7 and the car classification and the coating color are specified in the order of dimension of the difference. Existence of significance difference on the quality of coating is estimated by an estimating means 9 in accordance with the selection signal 8 of an analysis object based on the knowledge of the knowledge base I and is displayed on a display means 10.
