Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide the subject compact and simplified apparatus by providing a DC generator directly connected to a driving motor, generating DC power using surplus power and supplying the DC power to an inverter of a moisture profile controlling apparatus at a constant voltage.
CONSTITUTION: Electric power generated by a DC generator 15 directly connected to a driving motor 5 is adjusted to a definite voltage by a voltage controller 16 and supplied to an inverter 9' of a moisture profile controlling apparatus. Induction heating coils 2 are energized according to the moisture content profile of a paper 4 in lateral direction to uniformize the lateral moisture profile of the paper.
