CONSTITUTION: This apparatus for conveying, comminuting and mixing the materials comprising/not comprising solid matter including stator 8 having inwardly projecting teeth and consisting of plural racks 13 arranged alongside each other is disclosed. The racks 13 are fixed to the end face of the stator 8 by fixing rings 15. The racks 13 are successively arranged alongside each other at the gap 17 width defined by fins 16 formed in the fixing rings. Both of the teeth of a rotor 7 and the teeth of the racks are made freely interchangeable. Between the inner wall of a easing 2 and the outer wall 21 of a stator cylinder, a discharge gap is provided which in a special embodiment is flared scroll-shaped in the direction of a discharge opening 6.
