PURPOSE: To obtain a hamburger cooking apparatus capable of preparing various kinds of hamburgers, installable in a relatively small conventional kitchen and effective for improving the productivity.

CONSTITUTION: This hamburger cooking apparatus is provided with a crown- relating automatic section CS to deliver crowns C one by one from a crown stocker 1 and successively cooking the delivered crowns C with a baking apparatus 2, a heel-relating automatic section HS to deliver heels H one by one from a heel stocker 3 and successively cooking the delivered heels H with a baking apparatus 4, a putty-relating automatic section PS to deliver putties P one by one from a putty stocker 5 and successively cooking the delivered putty P with a baking apparatus 6 and a manual section TS to manually place the cooked crown C, heel H, putty P and other food materials necessary for the preparation of hamburger. The crown C, heel H and putty P cooked in respective automatic sections are transferred to or close to the manual section TS by a transfer means.
