PURPOSE: To correctly position a dispenser to a container by detecting that each specified part of the dispenser reaches a specified position and locking each dispenser within a related housing.
CONSTITUTION: A container 2 is continuously conveyed to a housing delimited by seats 26 and 27 of a conveyer 8 by means of a belt conveyer 5 and a worm screw conveyer 6 and on the other hand, a dispenser 3 is continuously conveyed to a seat 33 of the conveyer 8 by means of a pneumatic conveyer 9. During being stored in the seat 33 of the conveyer 8, the dispenser 3 is rotated at the same time when the conveyer 8 is rotated and a specified part of an opening 49, e.g. the position assumed by a flow path 50 is univocally sensed by means of a photocell 45 to suck a suction tool 43 connected with a related conduit 39 by means of an electromagnetic valve 40 and to lock the dispenser 3 at a position facing the suction tool 43.
