Abstract:
PURPOSE: To perform measurement accurately in a short time in a leaking-gas- quantity detecting apparatus for measuring the amount of the leaking gas of a sealed electric apparatus wherein compressing gas is sealed.
CONSTITUTION: A container 9 for containing a sealed electric apparatus 1 is formed of a sheet 8 which is supported with a plurality of supporting posts 7. The supporting posts are uprightly provided on a stage plate 5. Gas passing holes 10 and 11 are formed in a ceiling part of the sheet 8 and a part of the stage plate 5. A gas concentration detector 4 is connected to the side of the gas passing hole 11 through a sucking part 4a for gas to be measured.
