PURPOSE: To prevent an X-ray tube and an X-ray treating part from interfering with other peripheral equipments by providing an apparatus detecting a standard position of a running truck on the running truck or a guide member and providing an encoder detecting an error between the standard position and a stopping position of the running truck.
CONSTITUTION: A running truck 15 runs along a guide rail 31 by means of a driving apparatus 33. A constitution wherein a photosensor 44 detecting the running truck is provided at a proper position on the guide rail and when the running truck is detected, the running truck is stopped by stopping a driving motor 34 is formed and the photosensor is provided so as to stop the running truck at a standard position and a running limiting position. In addition, the moving position of the running truck run by rotation of the driving motor is accurately obtd. by providing an encoder 45 on the driving motor and detecting the number of rotations of the motor. When the sensor detects the running truck, the running truck stops and in this instance, the running truck furthermore advances a little in the advancing direction due to an inertia force etc., an error between the detecting position and the stopping position is produced. However, the stopping position of the running truck is accurately obtd. by means of the encoder to correct the error and an interference among instruments each other is thereby prevented.
