This apparatus for the esterifying reaction is obtained by providing a membrane separator 10 equipped with a membrane module 3 having a T type zeolite capable of continuously separating water from a reactional product of an organic acid or an inorganic acid with an alcohol and deposited on a porous support and installing the membrane module 3 in the liquid phase of the reactional vessel 1 in the apparatus for the esterifying reaction comprising a reactional vessel 1 for reacting the organic acid or the inorganic acid with the alcohol and a stirring means 2 arranged in the reactional vessel 1.
