To fill a necessary and enough amt. of cement material into each part of a mold by forming the horizontal crosssectional shape of the determining part of a measure part into such a shape that approximately copes with the shape of a molding.

In the determining part 11 of a measure part 10, wide metering parts 11a and 11a are formed at positions corresponding to curved face parts 1a and 1a of a molding 1 to consider so as to determine a cement material much. In addition, narrow metering parts 11b and 11b are formed at positions corresponding to flat face parts 1b and 1b of a molding 1 to consider so as to determine the cement material less than the metering parts 11a and 11a to perform to fill the cement material with good balance. Therefore, there exists no possibility of generating shortage of filling in the curved face part 1a wherein much filling of the cement material is needed and filling of a necessary and enough amt. of the cement material can be performed in each part of the mold.
