When a fan-type paper transported from the side immediately after the stop is stuck fast to a vacuum adsorption hole 35, since a pinion 43, a collar 17 and the bar material 19 integrated with them are rotated around the pot-shaped rule 15 by a rack 42 to be stroked by the power of the liquid cylinder 40, the mouth of the bottle 10 is covered with a paper pipe. Later the pot-shaped rule 15 is ejected upward from the paper pipe and the bottle 10 is transported by the belt 11.
