Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an apparatus wherein a work for locking a neck screw is performed and it is avoided that the screw comes loose and it moves during working.
SOLUTION: A bone marrow rod 1 with a sloped opening 2 for receiving a neck screw 5 for the femoral region is provided and the rod 1 has a coaxial bore 3 extending in the sloped opening 2 and a device 4 resisting rotation which checks selectively rotation of the neck screw 5 in the rod 1 and an adjustable device 77 which allows sliding between the rod 1 and the screw 5 over a selected part of the length of the rod 1 are provided.
