Abstract:

To provide an apparatus for generating sound and light for ski stick wherein sounds are generated corresponding to the stick work of skis so that a beginner can easily learn the timing and rhythm of the stick work by means of the sounds, and hence other persons can know that a beginner is coming near, and when a beginner encounters an accident, a flashing light and continuous sounds are generated, whereby an emergency can be reported to other skiers.

The device includes a case 1, at least a part of which has a transparent or translucent portion, a light 2, a power source 3, a flashing circuit 5, an acceleration seismograph switch 6, a changeover switch 4 and a speaker 7 disposed on the outer periphery of the case 1, and a mount means 8 for mounting the case 1 to a grip 91 of or a pole 92 of the ski stick 9.
