Abstract:
To obtain a holding apparatus for holding an end of a weft formed at the discharging side of an opening of an air-jet loom without using an expensive sucking device.
The main body 1 of the holding apparatus has a flow channel 7 to supply compressed air. The discharging end of a weft inserted into an opening is put into the flow channel 7 and temporarily held in the channel.
