Abstract:
PURPOSE: To furnish an apparatus which enables execution of automatic inspection as to whether or not powder is am colored in a color difference within an allowable range with respect to a reference color and which facilitates collection of a sample and increases the amount of the sample, accordingly, and easy collection of data of high precision.
CONSTITUTION: This apparatus is equipped with a measuring tube 3 in which powder grains are filled, a rotary valve 5 which discharges the powder grains in the measuring tube 3 by a prescribed amount at the lower end of the measuring tube 3, a color CCD camera 7 which picks up the image of the powder grains being present at a prescribed position of the measuring tube 3, a main lamp 81 and an auxiliary lamp 82 which illuminate the powder grains of which the image is to be picked up, a light quantity adjusting unit 9 and others, and also a control part which makes the color CCD camera 7 operate when the rotary valve 5 stops.
