Abstract:
PURPOSE:To detect a mounting position regardless of the height of an electronic part by projecting slit lights having a plurality of colors on a printed circuit board from an oblique direction and forming projection patterns wherein the colors of adjacent projection lines are different on said board. CONSTITUTION:Projectors 4x, 4y in X- and Y-axis directions for forming color multislit patterns (forming said patterns by the alternate vapor deposition of interference filters on respective slits in the order of red, green and blue) are arranged at a place diagonally above a printed circuit board 10. Shutters 3x, 3y are respectively mounted to the projectors 4x, 4y on the light emitting sides thereof and operated to respectively and individually project slit patterns in the X- and Y-axis directions. An imaging part 5 photographs the color slit patterns formed on the board 10 and sends an image signal to an A/D conversion part 6. An image processing part 7 detects the discontinuity of the slit patterns in an image or the color discontinuity of the slit patterns to detect the mounting position of the chip part 11 on the board 10 and judges whether the mounting position is within an allowable error range.
