Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an equipment management system which can enhance convenience.SOLUTION: An equipment management device 20 of an equipment management system notifies a specified number of set contents to a computer 40 when an image formation device is under with a remote maintenance contract (S137), and when at least one set content is designated from among plural set contents notified in S 137, the computer 40 requests setting of designated set content for the equipment management device 20 (S138). The equipment management device 20 executes setting of the designated set content for the image formation device according to the request in S138 (S141), and the equipment management device 20 notifies a specified number of set contents to a portable terminal when the image formation device is not under the remote maintenance contract, and when at least one set content is designated from among plural set contents notified by the equipment management device 20, the portable terminal executes setting of the designated set content for an object image formation device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
