PURPOSE: To adhere between green concrete layers for a foundation satisfactorily and to accurately form a thickness of each of the layers by providing a compacting roll for compressing to mold the layers and a smoothing member directly downstream of a coating system.

CONSTITUTION: Bottom molds 14 are moved under a mouth 22 of a tank 21, and coated with a green concrete basic layer 17 by a rough roller 24. The roller 24 forms the coated basic layer 17. Thus, the molds 25 covered with the layer 17 are advanced under a smoothing assembly 30. Here, smoothing members 35, 45 are inclined at a preset angle to an advancing surface of the molds 14. The layer 17 and a cover layer 18 are compressed, smoothed and formed by compacting surfaces 36, 46. The surface 46 of the member 45 is provided at a higher position by a thickness (b) of the layer 18 than the surface 36. A cover layer material 18 is supplied to a gap 4 by a pump 42. And, a compression formed laminate is output from a rear edge 46a of the member 45.
